AISSEE (All India Sainik Schools Entrance Examination) is the national-level test for admission to Class VI and Class IX in Sainik Schools. It is conducted annually by the National Testing Agency (NTA). Yes, girls are eligible for admission in Sainik Schools where seats are available for female candidates. However, each candidate can apply for only one Sainik School in a single AISSEE application.
